I'm expecting both PS3 and Vita to get price cuts to $199 announced at E3 along with full PS4 details. Something like "but Sony is committed to a 10 year life cycle for all of our Playstation products. And with a plethora of first party titles released this year already, along with those we plan to release in the coming months and years to add to the BEST first party lineup in the industry there is no better time to pick up a Playstation 3. That is why effective immediately we are price cutting the Playstation 3 system to $199 for the 250gb model, and $250 for the 500gb model. With bigger a huge amount of storage and our lowest entry price ever, we are confident Playstation 3 will be enjoyed by new customers for years to come" after PS4 details, then get back to PS4. A Vita price cut early in the conference before PS4 would be good as well as a price cut on memory cards, but you don't need to transition or reassure people on that systems future viability unless they think it'll be discontinued.
