Removing the fluff, MS has 8 First Party studios that have produced hardcore games. That's a far cry from 21 listed.

Well, if that's the criteria for being counted as a studio Nintendo is running dangerously low on them!! But I do I agree that the list you supplied doesn't seem to have 21 names in it... But you seem to have forgotten 343i and Lionhead...
