Depends on what genre you like:
Shooters- Resistance and Killzone are both good.
RPG- Tales of Graces f was awesome.
Racing- Gran Turismo 5
Platformer- Ratchet and Clank, Little Big Planet, and a new Sly game is coming out in a week.
I also recommend Heavy Rain.
