Lack of great JRPG's this gen on Home Consoles.

This Gen has a fair amount I really like. I don't like tales of, Star Ocean, Or Xenosaga (great story, dreadful gameplay). Obviously there's some I haven't played, but There's plenty I liked. Final Fantasy has gotten worse but final fantasy =/= JRPG's.

last gen had way more than that..

I didn't like count a lot of games soriku listed because I didn't like them .hack, xenosaga, DDS, radiata stories. These didn't review that well or I didn't like them. You'd have to count some of these as some of these reviewed well, or have cult followings like shadow hearts (which reviewed horribly).

There's still games this Gen not released.

My point wasn't that, this gen was better (I liked it more because to me it had more gems which is what matters to me). It was that there are plenty of JRPG's unless you're a  only play JRPG's type of person.

Unless you've played the majority of listed RPG's (which he doesn't even have a wii), it's hard to be truthful when saying ZOMG no JRPG's!

The OP hasn't played Last Story, Xenoblade, Tales of Graces, Pandoras Tower. Decides handhelds don't count despite many JRPG's (like all of Atlus's Games) migrating over due to costs, and appeal to the japanese market.
