If you're going to count the hardware revenue, then you should add in the revenue from all OEM partners... not just Google. Afterall, the biggest appeal to Android is the plethora of hardware choice.

Lets do some rough guesstimation math. 152 million devices at ~250 dollars per device price average VS 47 million devices at ~550 dollars average.
