Thats Apple for you...

Outside of their storage price points, Apple is competitive with all their iOS devices. There's this great myth that Apple is somehow screwing customers with their price points and that's just not the case. Outside of the "sold at no profit or a loss" Nexus 10, the iPad is very competitive with its base model pricing and the iPhone can be had for the same on-contract $200 that you'll pay for any top shelf Windows or Android phone.

But their storage price points just make me shake my head. It's time to bump up the storage to a 32/64/128 line of products to stay in line with what's happening in the flash storage market.

That's not 100% true.  My provider is selling the Galaxy S3 32GB on contract for $99.99 and the Lumia 920 for $49.99.  I've never seen the iPhone 5 in this price range.

That said, I still prefer the iPhone.

The Lumia is priced where it is to gain marketshare. Windows needs marketplace presence.

As for the SIII, that's becoming an old phone. It launched at $200, like like most other premium phones.
