I don't think so. 450k a week is about right for a production level of  1.8 million a month. I think the Wii is selling this much because:

 1. They aren't stockpiling right now.

2. The supply chain has finally stabilized from the holiday disruption.

The ships are running on time. Expect sales to continue around this pace until either demand starts waning, supply increases, or Nintendo starts stockpiling again.
