The Final Mixes are just modified versions of the original games, and Re:Chain of Memories is a modified version of Chain of Memories, and thus also doesn't count. I suppose you could similarly argue that Re:coded is a modified version of another game, but it wasn't on a games console, it was a phone game.
And yeah, a "HD collection" similarly wouldn't count.
