Actually, they've been actively moving it back a year since 2008. They've been doing the exact same thing for FF Versus XIII. Both were once under the 2009 section, then the 2010, then 2011, then 2012, and now the 2013 section. Also, it's only these two games that have a TBA release date next to them.
The fact that TLR and FF Versus XIII both have TBA next to them could mean that TLR will soon come out, just like FF Versus XIII. Either that, or it could mean that FF Versus XIII is also canned and those Kotaku rumors were more legit than people originally thought.
