You can't be serious. HVS is a garbage studio.

They are only making shovelware or overrated high budget average game (The Conduit)

If you'd read what I said, you'd understand.
HVS is "garbage" only because of their weaknesses. Those weaknesses would be addressed by having Nintendo oversee them. And if Nintendo bought them, they wouldn't be making the shovelware anymore, and they'd be able to focus everything on the real games.
Kind of like how Rare was a great studio under Nintendo's direction, but was a failure when MS acquired them. It was Nintendo's influence that made Rare so great, and in my opinion, they'd have the same impact on HVS.

yeap, the same thing happened to Retro Studios, they were garbage until Miyamoto step in and help them with the first Metroid Prime, and that was all, they become really good!!!

I think you're right.  It's true about Retro, and of course most of us remember well how quickly Rare declined once Microsoft got their hands on it.  I'd be willing to give HVS the benefit of the doubt, assuming someone like Miyamoto or Tanabe were overseeing their projects and making sure it was turning out well.  Nintendo always needs new studios.  It allows them to turn big games around more quickly and create more games simultaneously.

The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
