Developers not porting or multiplating to Wii U, because they THINK they need to do something unique or special for the Wii U.

They need to realize that you can have normal games on this device as well, it doesn't need to be tailored to use the gamepad in some unique way or any wii motes. Just have it be normal.

Worst case scenario, give it "play on the Gamepad only" capability and otherwise just put a map or a status screen on the Gamepad.

 

But then, as I said, I'm more interested in the AAA Square Enix game's identity than I am in Tomb Raider anyway. As I see it, the fact that the game wasn't Tomb Raider is a blessing, because it means it gets to be something else.
