I could understand, if that was just a trailer. However, it is not - picked straight from game-play. Perhaps you haven't played Heavy Rain, either.

It's not game play graphics if it is than how can you control the character from that camera angle?

There is no way in hell the PS3 can put out those next gen graphics.
