I already knew about the licencing disagreement and it was rather greedy from them as it felt justified that Nintendo backed out of that deal. But were 2 ways that it could've done and Nintendo could've just just flat out said they don't want to go with it anymore in Sony's face, but no, they went the "sneak in the grass" route, wich was not very ethical/professional...
