The casual gamer who bought the wii, psp or ds isn't interested in gaming anymore because they have a tablet/ smartphone to game on. But casuals aren't that important for a core gaming console. Agreed; and when these consoles launch it will likely assist the Wii U as well for it will really be "THE" next generation beginning (see how the 3DS increased in sales when the Vita launched etc, 360 when the Wii and PS3 launched etc.)


Maybe Wii U should get something like an app Market?? They have the interface for it... (the tablet). If they offer a generous enough incentive for developers, maybe they will port over... oh well.
