A smooth frame rate is most important, be it 60hz, 120hz, 240hz, 480hz, 600hz, etc.
2:3 pull down on 60 hz screens is okay for most people. since that has been the standard since forever and that is what people are used to.
Interpolated frames suck, period.
Watch out for any displays that use this technology (usually found on 120 hz, 240 hz, and 480 hz monitors). The problem, besides visual artifacts, lag, soap opera effect, etc, is that the artificial frames mixed in often give an oldschool Cheap CGI look to whatever is in focus, which sucks... so yeah, avoid.
That said, I don't know which monitors have neither 2:3 or Interpolation...
