ps3-sales! has a fair point

from what i've played DmC simply does not have replay value, a gameplay you will not need to master, virtually no trial and error and doesn't push you to get a better score

it's another of those easy as hell games you get through painlessly in a couple of days and then leave behind, is that worth your 60 bucks ?

So for the completionist the games keys don't need to be recovered and the doors don't need to be unlocked  for the twenty one secret missions , correct? The DLC is coming up for Vergil and Bloody Palace Missions are of no consequence to you? To be a completionist at DmC, you will have to surrender at least twenty-two hours to the game. Two playthroughs should do the trick to master the game (eighteen to twenty-two hours based on your level of play + extras). To say the game has no trial and error is the most erroneous thing I've ever heard on the game. All hack n slash games force you to change your method at least once to fit a specific enemy or location, especially when the difficulty bar is raised.
