Wave Race!
Both N64 and GC games, were really good. No other title matched those water physics and it was really great to play them.
It`s been 11/12 years since Wave Race: Blue Storm. And given that Wii U will more than capable to provide a really great experience, i want to see this one the most.
About other franchises, i would say Mother/Earthbound. Never played it but the game seems to have a big following and seeing as Mother 2 is part of the japanese Trial program, maybe we will get a chance to play it or a remake of one of the games.
