Judging by those tweets, they're not interested in buying the studio or the rights to Darksiders. They're interested in hiring the employees and consider them a talented bunch. They compliment them on the Darksiders series but there's nothing there to suggest a straight up buy out of anything.
EDIT: On the other hand, Platinum Games straight up said they're interesting in buying them on the cheap.
