Marvel vs Capcom 3, despite all the buzz with ultimate and on disc DLC and all that, aswell as questionable cast, was still a very good game. Dragons dogma i havent played but is apparantly quite good aswell. So, no, nowhere near. DmC is beeing blown out of porportion because of people wanting to backlash on the annoyed fans, but in fact its a good game, but not a great game. Doesnt top Bayonetta and with Metal gear revengence and Bayonetta 2 coming out soon, aswell as devil's thrid eventually. Its a mid of the good table game. Just like enslaved was before it. |
I said "since SF4 " in my first post. I recognize the awesomeness of that game.
As far as rest of your post...I agree it doesn't top Bayonetta but what does? This shits all over the MGR demo I played which isn't even close in quality. It also rapes Dantes Inferno as Lords of Shadow in terms of gameplay mechanics and level design and DMC4 in pretty much averything from presentation to gameplay. I even like it better than Ninja Gaiden 2 due to combat/platforming variety.
Only thing this gen that was a better hack and slash is Bayonetta, God of War 3.
