2nd playthrough only. The only things you can find in the overworld are:
Lokikov balls
money (pretty useless, you waste 5 minutes looking for the exact spot and get 1k)
cards 2nd playthrough onwards (they are concept art, not the crappy masks)
T-shirts (kicking some trash cans)
The point is, you could make all these items avaible thru missions or for sale and the gameplay would not be affected (it would be more entertaining IMO).
