It is very suspicious that OPEC would fund any green movement. In the short term, they are relied on for most energy needs from the USA. In the long term, they would lose so much money, if the green movement actually succeeds and became a major part of mainstream politics. I hope it does we need to move away from oil and find some new energy sources, that is inevitable. Regardless of OPEC's motives scaring people from fracking is very good. Fracking has some nasty impacts on the environment and well being of people.
