I would say Darksiders is more of adventure game than an action game. In that respect I don't think it would be a bad fit for Sony.

Personally its sad that people are interested in the IP and not the studio, because its those employees who have lost their jobs.

I can see someone like Square Enix or Capcom interested in this series. Microsoft and Sony I'm not sure, but its possible Nintendo has an interest as well.

Platinum Studio the same developer who is interested in the Darksider's IP has "reached out" to some of the people who have worked at Vigil and asked if they want to work at Platinum.
