Yep, Trash weighs in on a LOT of bans. He just doesn't ban people himself because he tends to not have the time/energy to deal with all the whining that often comes after totally justified bans.
Which is another thing to consider... soemthing like half or more of our bans actually tend to come from a multiple mod decision.
Generally if there are people in the mod chat, we look at the reports together.
