Windwaker remake is the system seller for me, hope Nintendo remakes more Gamecube games

Could you explain why you'd want to play the same game again with better graphics, for $350? You can play the one you own right now for $0. You can even get upscaling in Dolphin if you absolutely can't play in 480p any more. Also you won't be able to use a Gamecube controller on the new version.
