100k for this game in less than a month is good.
100,000 * $50 = $5,000,000
There was little marketing so figure the publishers and developers get a good portion of that maybe $30-35. $3,000,000 probably recovers most of the cost to the dev and the pub.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
