Imho Nintendo just doesn't produce third party friendly consoles since the snes, they always either use a weird format or they introduce a gimmick that they had in the pipe line for years and had time to create greats ideas for it, but third parties are just cut off gard by it or they just don't release a console with the specs third parties can produce what they want with. Nintendo make their consoles for themselves first and for third parties second, Sony and Microsoft don't have the same ideology.
Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
