hm..
I think the PS Vita is designed to play all the games you have on/in your PS4 everywhere you go and have controller/second screen abilities with games developed with those in mind.
They couldn't release it in the same year as the PS4 though. Even the most dedicated fans probably won't buy 2 of their gaming devices in one year.
