Wow that's even worse, not even during the Holidays?? I haven't been following the PAL charts for a long time. Wii U is absolutely dead in Europe, how's the release schedule looking like for the region? I assume, as per the American schedule, that it will be dead empty and that the few games it might get won't chart at all, or will do so for a week and closer to the bottom of the list. |
Nintendo Land managed to stay in for two more weeks at #35 then #40. The last time any Wii U software appeared in the top 40 was the week ending December 22nd. Ninja Gaiden 3 released last week and debuted at number 5 on the Wii U charts (probably 800 units or less over two weeks). Sing Party released this week and failed to crack the top 10 Wii U charts. The next game with a chance to chart is probably Scribblenauts on Feb. 8th, but it is unlikely to sell very much. After that is probably Rayman Legends on Feb 28th.
It's pretty bleak for at least a couple months.
