Your pics have to already be on the net somewhere (photobucket, etc.)
When you get some uploaded do this:
[ img]XXXXXXX[ /img]
In place of "XXXXXXXX", put a direct link (URL) to your picture, and don't have any spaces between the brackets and 'img' or the backslash.
