See, that's the one I really don't buy.  Since when does Activision make their core IPs exclusive to one console?  They've never done it with Call of Duty, Guitar Hero (when it was around), or Skylanders.  I just don't see it happening.  It's going to burn all the PS3/ PS4 owners, and they make up like 40% of the HD hardcore market.

Destiny #1 is being made for Xbox 360 and XBox 720(Fall 2013), a PS3 version will be considered if it is financially viable for release in Fall 2014.(1 year after the 360 and 720 versions.)

Isn't that contract from 3 years ago, doubt it has much weight to it anymore.

How would it not have any weight? There are dates in the contract that exceed 2014. So obviously the contract wouldn't expire before then.
