Can you absolutely 100 % garuntee that though? When you release a new console things start over. This is what the majority say and the majority have been proven wrong four times in a row. In fact everything the majority said the exact opposite happened.
That theory is throwing around the same theory that was being thrown around last time. Its just being twisted because of what happened now. I remember when people were saying 360 would become irrelevant and lose third party support the second ps3 comes out. This time its when the others come out. You are only adding xbox into the theory now because it proved successful.
Wii u will suffer from the lack of power in some ways but it won't be on the scale it was with wii. Its too expensive.
