For me, it's pretty simple - even if I am remotely interested in a third party game for a Nintendo console, there's always at least three first party games that I see as a 'must have'. So my money (and time) goes on those games instead. The reason I love my PS3 so much is that I don't have the Nintendo first party option, which has helped me broaden my video game horizon and enjoy experiences I wouldn't have if I'd just stuck to my Wii. Nintendo first party games IMO are just that good.
