Ps4 controller to include LCD touchscreen, biometric sensors?

So here's my idea for this controller and I'm basing this on thinking this is similar to dreamcast controller screen in design than a tablet design of the wiiu (I hope not because I want three distinctive consoles if possible) , the screen might be there manily for the biometric readings. As in it will showcase the readings of your tensions levels etc on the controller itself and not on the main screen. It could also be something to do with functionalities related to psn and such too but I think it would be mainly for the bio metrics

but keep in mind this is just one of the two rumors about the controller..the other one talks about a track pad instead of a touch screen, similar to the vita one
