Hmm, actually, I hope this turns out to be true so that I will have yet another reason to add to my belief that there is almost no innovation in Sony videogame hardware beyond copying Nintendo. Moreover, it will no doubt cause the PS4 price to skyrocket, which means yet another tough launch for the PS brand - while Nintendo laughs all the way to the bank.

You seemed like a reasonable poster. I hope you are joking saying things like that. These seem downright childish coming from an adult. Competition is good but wishing that the competitor literally has problems is wishing grief upon your fellow gamers.

Sorry, don't misundertand my agressive stance I'm not wishing grief on anyone, especially fellow gamers. I'm just pointing out the hypocricy of some gamers in here. I intend to always own every current console on the market, but will at the same time defend Nintendo (and Sony and MS) against any hypocritical thiking - as in the present case.

Anyways, the fact remains that if peoople thought that a touch screen on the Gamepad made the Wii U that much more expensive, then it is only reasonly to think that a PS4 that is more powerful, with a touchscreen controller, is going to be out of reach financially of the average gamer. This rumor should be upsetting a lot of gamers, but people in here seem to be embracing the idea lol, hypocrites I say

So, I wish this rumor is true, cause I love a touch screen controller as I found out with the Gamepad, and will no doubt buy a PS4 no matter the price or if it has a touch screen or not. But what about other gamers, can they afford the likelihood of such an expensive PS and will that do to the PS brand? I bet because it's Sony, many gamers aren't concerned about this.
