| Kresnik said: Dead or Alive will come (if the series is still being made after how much DOA5 bombed!) and I'd imagine Devil's Third will as well. There will be a Tales of game on Wii-U at some point as well, I'm pretty convinced. I don't think Senran Kagura is going to leave handhelds in all honesty. The rest of them... I have to agree with Ryuzaki. If you're listing these as games you actually want to play, why not get a PS3? Compile Heart (Hyperdimension) & NISA look likely to be staying loyal to Sony for a while yet. GTA5 we know is coming to PS360. Maybe Wii-U version will come at some point, who knows. But for the time being. PS3 would satisfy your need to play them! If you're doing this from a "this is what I'd like to see on my favourite console" point of view, I can see where you're coming from. It just seems a little silly that you seem to be a fan of niche Japanese games, which PS3 has been getting a lot of lately, then you spend £300 on a Wii-U which has just launched with like two Japanese-focused titles overall and only a couple more on the horizon. I understand you can have loyalties to a company and all that, but PS3's were £125 over Christmas! You could've bought a PS3 + upgraded hard drive of your choice + about £150 worth of games for the price you paid for your Wii-U. Your choice anyway. Wii-U will get there eventually, I'm sure. |
Yes, i'm betting they'll make DoA5: Ultimate or something, especially if Nintendo's willing to help run western publishing like they did for Ninja Gaiden 3: RE. Toss in Samus, tweak some of the gameplay modes.
My guess is that GTAV will come alongside the PC version, or at the latest, the inevitable "Game of the Year" edition.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
