NO.
I'm just saying that the PS Vita power isn't that much above the 3DS.
Which explains Monster Hunter 4 & the 3 Resident Evil 3DS exclusives & King of Pirates & Batman 3DS & Persona 3DS & Dragonball 3DS & many more:

The PS Vita has more power, but the gap seems too small for 3rd Party Devs to make anything for its 2D Standard-Definition VS. the 3DS Glasses-Free 3D Standard-Definition.
Maybe if you compare graphics of such games as Kid Icarus: Uprising & Resident Evil: Revelation to Uncharted: Golden Abyss & a 3rd Party PS Vita game.
I dunno, but one thing is for sure, the 3rd Parties have no reason and/or motivation to give the PS Vita any real support.
FYI the 128 MB FCRAM is probably 12 MB more powerful then the 512 MB DRAM.
Plus the 3DS displays 3 different video images at once, while the PS Vita only displays 1 video image........so of course the 3DS GPU is clearly clocked at a much more higher speed then the PS Vita GPU.
This isn't the same as when the PSP with against the DS in specs. I mean the PSP crushed the DS in specs across the board. But the 3DS vs. PS Vita doesn't have that much gap.
And for lighting and so fort in the 3DS games, well "Heroes of Ruin" shows those capabilities off.
