But now, it's like: "Mmm, let's see what are the other choices". I love Ninty so much because these are games we grew up with. Who doesn't love Mario, Metroid, Donkey Kong or Zelda? Hell, even Pokémon!!. But this formula has been cooked and recooked over and over again. This seem to be working for them, as new generations grow to love them. But what about the old ones who have seen it all. Nintendo is about magic, making games socially playable but there seems to miss a formula for me to make it like it more. For the first time in my whole live, I thought of buying a PS3 because of the games, I've seen some incredible games like Metal Gear, Mass Effect, God of War.. Games that as developers say can't be run on a Nintendo console. But as my brother picked, the Wii U won and got Black Ops II and Mass Effect 3. have you ever guys, especially Mario fans, thought of it just for a glimpse? Did I make a great choice? Let me know. |
I jumped from Wii to PSP. At that time I spent like $1000 including system and several games. Final fantasy:Crisis Core, God Of War Chains of Olympus, and others I don;t remember. Despite being good games, they were forgetable, why? I don't know. So ok i felt at that time that I jumped back to the Wii, and I never regret that desiciion. New Super Mario Bros Wii, Mario Galaxy, Xenoblade, The Last Story, Sin and Punishment Star Succesor, Monster Hunter TRi for the first time and love it, Sonic Colors, Skyward Sword, Metroid Other M, my wife went from non-gamer to casual gamer being responsible of 50% of my game library. Now she plays SUper MArio Bros U with me and enjoy it, planning to buy Raymand Legends foe herself, Wii Fit U since she has the Balance Board. Those moments are priceless, and I have rarely feel that way on other consoles like on a Nintendo platform.
