Well, Nintendo's involvement in the Bayo thing makes it hard to see it as a purely 3rd party offering, but also a Nintendo offering, above and beyond a Nintendo initiative to get 3rd parties on board.

Platinum Games had partially developed the game, but couldn't find a publisher. Nintendo said "sure, we'll publish it, if you make it a Wii U exclusive". To me, that's Nintendo improving their relationship with third parties.
