No it wouldn't. The Supreme Court only has original jurisdiction when the case involves a diplomat, when a state is a Plaintiff, or when the federal government goes up against a state.
IF this ever gets to the Supreme Court, it would 1) be the first such case to do so in roughly two decades of similar legislation floating about, and 2) would take several years to reach the Supreme Court. Five years would be lightning quick for this type of thing, in my opinion.
