I'm a bit skeptical about how important the Windows RT market is atm, but what I do sense from your article is that MS will be a huge player in the smart device field and is taking it very seriously. I personally love the idea of the Windows Surface, though it still is a tad expensive for me, on the long run it's what I want, and will probs upgrade to that for my next netbook purchase.
