I don't think a lot of the games listed are all that rare. I.E. lot of people list Legend of Zelda on NES, but there are plenty of those with box and booklets that cost under 15 USD.
Now if you had a copy of Earthbound or Final Fantasy 7 factory sealed, you've got something worth quite a bit of money.
