I sort of disagree.
I totally support the encouragement of more support for girls and women in gaming, it would make for a much better community. But I'm not sure a hidden female only sub-forum is the way to go. More engagement between the girls and boys is needed, not separation.
But if the ladies of the board really feel a women only sub-forum is needed at this point then perhaps their needs should met.
