Funny how Nintendo said that they wouldn't let the 3DS fiasco happen again, but it has in fact happened again, and like 3DS, I think a price cut is going soon if these numbers keep up. You can bet that Nintendo knows damn well how much 3DS sales improved after a price cut (in addition to a much stronger library). Wii U doesn't have the stronger library coming just yet, but they can at least begin to jumpstart sales with a price cut.
The console should have been $250 for the core package and $300 for the premium from the getgo. If they lowered to this price I might actually get one now instead of waiting for Smash and Mario Kart.
