sounds like a lot of crap to me because i read just a few minutes ago exactly the oppositte(ps4 stronger than xbox 3-also crap)
there are so many rumours outhere that anyone can choose whether the ps4 is 10x stronger than the xbox3 or vice versa.

Ray tracing?No way.You can watch on youtube some demos.
1 )you need a very strong computer
2)it looks awfull as soon as the camera zooms because some grey dots appear steadily(and dissappear as soon the cam stops)
3)it does not look that much better than games without raytracing but will cost much more.It may attract 10% of all gamers,but most wouldn't care whether raytracing or not if you dont create a hype.

i'd rather prefer a voxel engine just like the game outcast used with modern techniques(game from 1999 but looked much better than minecraft or dot.heroes)

I think the system will be more powerful that has less motion/tablett hardware.
than the costs will be used for power and not for tablett/move/kinect2 crap.
It also depends on how much of the power will be used for other things.eg windows8.
