Why Nintendo is failing and will likely replace both of their consoles earlier than expected.

Erm...Nintendo isn't 'failing' at all. The 3DS is flying off shelves worldwide and the Wii Ulaunch is more successful than the PS3 and 360 launches so far and doing around 80% of the Wii's launch sales. I really don't see a problem myself.
