lol.. I'm a Brazilian who hates to dance (but loves soccer). In fact, it's hard to find a friend who doesn't own at least one soccer game here. The big issue here is that most games are soooo expensive, mainly because of extremely high taxes.
There's even an initiative to make the games price more fair here (http://www.jogojusto.com.br), but that's a long history. Not sure if the site information is accurate, but it mentions the taxes included in a game could reach 124% of the original price in some cases. This would also explain why piracy is such a big deal here.
