Mostly XBLA related.

Most XBLA games aren't first party. They are second and third party, just like Gears.

Who cares? I know the thread title says specifically 1st party, but the overall gist of it is this might be the last year Sony/MS focus on their consoles. Even if its a 2nd or 3rd party title, as long as MS is securing it and/or publishing it, they're still focusing on the 360 with that release.

No special treatment, Microsoft doesn't get a pass.

Simple logic = special treatment?

First party is first party and whether its XBLA or not they haven't had nearly enough of it.
