Edit: It really doesnt matter how bad it is doing now, you cant consider a system a "Failure" or "Dead" unless the hardware developer confirms all production of the unit pre-maturely. Regardless of whether its the Wii-U or the Vita.

What does it matter if I was going to get the Vita or not? It doesn't.

And what's with you thinking that's what I meant? Many people on this site say that we can only start predicting after the first Christmas. Well, it's had it's first Christmas in NA/Europe, and two Christmas' in Japan. I think that is enough time to have a pretty good prediction on how it's going to do.
