America thinks gun laws are a joke, and here is why

I guess self-defense against criminals is not a purpose? Are you also against using archery competitions (weapons as a sport)? Tell you what, I'll buy you a house next door to me on the condition that you put a big sign in your yard that says "I don't believe in guns and don't own one", that way, any criminals will bother you and not me.

well, ive never needed a weapon, i dont know anybody who has needed a weapon there must be something wrong with people around you plus a weapon doesnt stop anybody from using weapons, even if you carried a M16 with you, i could easily kill you from your back

Yes, there is certainly something wrong with some people 'around' me, and unless you live in a country with no crazy people, no evil people, no murders, and no criminals, you are in the same boat. The main difference is that you are blind to the reality of the world we live in.
