America thinks gun laws are a joke, and here is why

So you want all good citizens and law enforcement to not have any guns which would mean that criminals would be able to run rampant since they will own guns no matter what?

maybe instead of killing criminals, we should start asking ourselves why and how criminals are created, and go to the roots of the problem

We already know how criminals become the way they are and I am all for trying to stop them before they start to do bad things but realistically that won't happen (at least not completely) so guns are a necessity to stop those that can't be stopped any other way (not even to necessarily kill but to incapacitate). 

Realistically the only people that benefit from no gun laws are the government (easier to control your citizens) and criminals.
